Return and Exchange Policy
Atomic Swag will only accept exchanges on items, no returns accepted. We cannot return Jewelry for sanitary reasons. If your Jewelry was damaged due to shipping, please contact us be email immediately. Use our contact form for quickest response. Make sure that contact is made with us in regards to exchange within 7 days of receiving our product.
If you exchange due to a flaw or damage, you will receive an in-store credit. If you ordered a size that doesn't fit, you will need to return the item with ALL tags still attached and in an unworn condition within 7 days of initial purchase. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON CLOTHING WITH MISSING TAGS OR IN A WORN CONDITION. Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-hours of purchase using USPS shipping for domestic and International. Atomic Swag is not responsible for any shipping delay due to USPS carrier.
After contacting Atomic Swag within 7 days about your return, please get a tracking number on your returned item to ensure Atomic Swag received your package. If we do not receive your return in the mail and there is no tracking number to reference, we will not be able to honor the credit for an exchange. The customer is responsible for fees on shipping. Atomic Swag will pay for the shipping going back to the customer.
