Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or damaged goods, etc.). We do not do returns on laundered/washed garments. Please wash garment as noted on the care/content labels sewn into the neck of the garment.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Or simply email us at

You should expect to receive your refund within one to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Paypal refunds are usually immediate. We recommend purchasing postage with a tracking number, or, simply buy Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope through the United States Postal Service, if you are in the USA, and tracking is free.

 Defective Item

If you receive a defective item (miss-print, seam opening, unsewn hem, manufacturer hole, etc..) Either snap a picture of it, email us the picture or just ship it back with a note inside that you'd like it replaced - we'll replace it, ship it back to you and refund you the shipping costs that you spent shipping it back to us. We don't expect you to wear a defective item, so just let us know and we'll fix it. No problem.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

International orders take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to ship. Please wait at least 6 weeks for your purchase. Once your purchase ships it leaves through the Los Angeles Customs Center and won't be updated for a few weeks while in transit to your country. Just because it hasn't been updated in a week or two does not mean it's lost - it just takes time to go through two countries Customs Offices. We all know how sloooooow Government Offices can be.

Please be aware that you may have to pay an import duty upon delivery. Atomic Swag is not responsible for any customs/import duties/VAT fees due.

We cannot mark International orders as "gifts" or mark down the value. Our shipping labels are automatically created with your order listed on the shipping label. Government penalties for "gifting" or marking down value is to protect you, the buyer, and us, the seller, from any loss or penalties fined from any government office. Lying on customs forms can result in large penalties and even criminal prosecution. If your customs office suspects the items are valued more than is listed on the shipping label, it will get held in customs for a very extended time and customs will place their own value on the package they feel is the real value, which may be more than you even paid - costing you even more. If you do not pay your countries custom bill and the items are shipped back to us, we cannot refund the original shipping costs that were spent to ship to you.

For Domestic and International Orders: We are not held responsible for lost or stolen mail. We always buy tracking numbers with every order we receive. Once we purchase tracking, deliver your package to the shipping company and your package has been entered into their system as received - anything beyond this point is out of our hands. Please track your package and expect arrival.

If your package is stolen or lost, it is out of our hands and we will not replace lost/stolen items. If you'd like your purchase insured, please choose USPS - Priority Mail as the shipping method. Priority Mail is insured. 1st Class shipping is not insured and we will not replace or refund your item once it has been accepted by the United States Postal Office.
